2026 Lumbee Homecoming Vendor Application
Applicant's may choose from three event date options and two vendor space options, with the option to add extra footage. Please read all selections carefully to ensure you choose the option that best aligns with your needs.

Payment is required at the time of form submission and will be collected at the end of this form via credit or debit card. If you require assistance with payment, please contact LRDA (910)521-8602 and a staff member will assist you.

The deadline to apply is May 29, 2026 or until all slots are full! You wil be notified ONLY if your application has been denied. Otherwise, you will recieve your vendor packet on or before June 19, 2026.

*Disclosure: Vendor fees have increased this year for the first time in six years. This adjustment was necessary to meet the growing demands of delivering a safe, well-organized, and smoothly executed event experience for all participants and attendees.

Arts & Crafts Vendors - Non-Apparel

(Handmade crafts, Woodworking, Jewelry, Resin art, Home décor, Candles, Paintings / prints, Sculptures, Soaps, skincare, body products, paper goods)

12' x 12' Space – $150 per day
24' x 12' Space – $200 per day

Arts & Crafts Vendors - T-shirts & Apparel

Beverage & Sweets Vendors
15' x 15' Space – $200 per day
25' x 20' Space – $250 per day

Food Truck / Tent Vendors

Selling Times:

11am to 10pm - June 26th - Saturday June 27th

1pm - 9pm - Sunday, June 28th

11am to 9pm - Monday, June 29th - Wednesday, July 1st

11am to 11pm - Thursday, July 2nd to Saturday July 4th

PLEASE NOTE:

The 9-day option includes the Lumbee Homecoming Kickoff Celebration and Fireworks Show on June 26.

Because the 4th of July falls on a Saturday this year and it is the 250th USA Celebration, fireworks companies are fully booked for larger events. As a result, we will not be able to have our usual fireworks show at the end of the week.

We want vendors to be aware of this before selecting their option.

There will still be a closing ceremony on Saturday night, but it will not include fireworks. Details are coming soon.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted. All required documents must be submitted based on your inspection and sanitation status. Vendor space is limited. Applications will close in May (date TBD) or earlier if all spaces are filled. We reserve the right to decline any application in accordance with LRDA policies, procedures, and event guidelines. Decisions are made to ensure the safety, quality, and overall success of the event. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified and your payment will be refunded.*
