EXHIBIT SPACE consists of a 6-ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, existing hotel lighting, and one set of event materials.

This application for exhibit/vendor space was made and entered into by and between NINAETC and Exhibitor/Vendor. Application and Agreement for space and its acceptance constitute a contract to use the space assigned. NINAETC retains the right to assign and/or change the space location due to unavoidable problems of the parties involved. NINAETC reserves the right to refuse space to those applicants whose merchandise/exhibit materials are deemed not to be within the best interests of NINAETC.

I understand that if I require power for my vending space, there will be an addtional fee that will be paid directly to the contractor at the event site. Fees is listed below. 

The Exhibitor/Vendor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless NINAETC and the DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento, their officers, directors, employees, and representatives, from and against any actions, losses, costs, damages, claims, and expenses including attorney's fees, arising from any damage to property or bodily injury to Exhibitor/Vendor, his agents, representatives, employees by reason of the Exhibitor/Vendor's occupancy or use of the exhibition facilities.

In accordance with the foregoing agreement for the WIOA NINAETC training event, to be held October 25th - 30th, 2026, the undersigned makes an application for exhibit/vendor space and encloses the full fee for each space requested.
